All Classifications will play, 2 pool games, followed by modified double elimination.
State Seeding = USSSA Points + USSSA Power Rating

If dividing age groups into multiple tournaments- Nebraska USSSA will divide the teams by POWER RATING only.
If a team has recently been reclassified from a higher classification and only have a few results in the new classification, the team will be placed in the upper division of the separated age group.
The State Director will review record and place in tournament at an appropriate seed.
